We also support the Marketing team at Citizens Bank by providing a 24/7 internal helpdesk service for their in-branch merchandising and campaign programs. This is something we manage with our own helpdesk ticket system, and as the hands-on helpdesk agents and coordinators to support their employees in over 1,000 retail locations every day.
