We have worked closely with Citizens Bank for many years to support their marketing, in-branch merchandising, and property services business groups. We have helped with design development, internal communications, guidelines and documentation, and by creating and managing a secure extranet to support projects related to retail branches and office buildings. Since 2006 we have also provided end user help to their retail operations through an internal marketing and merchandising helpline for employees. This is something we manage using our own helpdesk ticket system and by providing hands-on staffing as helpdesk agents and coordinators.
