Typically, our projects involve a series of phases, where we agree to start on a well-defined first step and then build from there. The key to this approach is to (a) understand what our clients need; (b) define the work so there’s a useful, tangible result; (c) be flexible and able to adapt along the way; and (d) have productive, open communication throughout the process.
